Hi! I’m Kim, the groomer behind Fayemous Grooms!
I started my grooming career in May of 2016. Originally wanting to be a vet tech and realizing blood really isn’t my thing, grooming was the path I chose.
After being in the industry for a decade and working in many different settings over the years, it was time for me to finally become my own boss. I founded Fayemous Grooms so that I could provide an individualized service to each and every pet, my way. Without greed and without inexperience.
Let’s be honest, our pets are our lives. They make every moment better just by existing. That is why I take such pride in the services I offer, because they matter. Grooming isn’t just a job to me, it is a career built on being your number one trusted source to care for your loved one in a way you don’t know how. And I will never take that lightly.
If you already know me, you know my animals are my everything. Faye (my 14 year old Papillon) has become my motivation to constantly keep learning in my career and how to better the lives of every person and pet I meet. With her laundry list of health conditions, she has made me realize every moment and act of care matters.
My husband Eric and I also have three cats: Osiris, Sativa, and Oni. And a bearded dragon named Latte. Between all of them, every moment is interesting and full of love. And I can’t wait to take that love and share it with your pets as if they were my own during our next grooming session. Thank you for trusting me.
Meet Eric
The PRODUCTION MANAGER
Who’s helping Fayemous behind the scenes? Eric!
Whenever something goes wrong, Eric is right there. Whether that means stepping in as a mechanic, helping me solve a problem, or talking me through the many fears that come with owning a new small business.
He encourages every idea, no matter what time of day inspiration strikes, and continually pushes me to take Fayemous to the next level. On top of it all, he makes sure our little zoo at home is loved and cared for while I’m building the business.
Although he never imagined sharing his life with this many animals, let alone becoming a cat person, Eric’s support plays a huge role in making Fayemous what it is. He gives me the confidence and support I need to continue providing every pet with the thoughtful, individualized care they deserve.

Faye
The Leading Lady
Faye is the inspiration and driving force behind it all- and when I say all, I don’t just mean Fayemous. She inspired my passion for nutrition, taught me just how quickly time passes, and gives me a reason to put my best foot forward every day.
Purchasing Faye from a puppy store in 2012, I knew nothing about what that would entail. She came to me needing Luxating Patella surgery. As time went on she would experience health concerns. Epilepsy, Bladder Stones, Chronic Kidney Disease, Early Stage Heart Disease, and an intense yeast overgrowth that has affected her skin. But with the love this little lady has to give, giving up was never an option. She has made Eric and I strive to find her the best care. At almost 15, she’s thriving. Because we did the work.
Outside of being a major big time celebrity, Faye enjoys lounging on anything soft, going on sniffaris, devouring green lipped mussels, and watching just about anything on Disney+.
Latte
the vigilante
She may have arrived on our doorstep in a tiny tupperware, but her personality has always been larger than life. Equal parts angst and cuddles, with a passion for chasing down hornets, spotted lanternflies, and anything that involves chaos. Latte makes life unexpectedly fun in ways you would never imagine.
OSIRIS
the leading man
A shelter gentleman with a mysterious past who is large and in charge. Often referred to as a Gerber Baby. Osiris loves all of his siblings and rarely has a problem with anyone. Except his mom, who he regularly pushes out of bed just to get closer to Eric. His obsession with Eric is completely mutual, and there is no question that Osiris is his favorite. Osiris has asthma and handles taking his inhaler like a seasoned professional.
SATIVA
Born into an HOA in Medford, and having never touched grass, Sativa has found herself inconvenienced by most things in life. Her hardships include being served rabbit for dinner, having her toys trapped under the fridge, and having to breathe the same air as Oni. Although high maintenance, she is dainty and adorable.

THE BREAKOUT STAR
Found injured in a pile of leaves, Oni had no idea that his entire life was about to change. He went from bedless to ball-less in just five days, and after being diagnosed with HCM, he lives every day like it’s his last. Picking fights with Sativa, getting trapped in paper bags, and having a weasel for a doppelgänger, this little man stumbled into a life of being treated like royalty.
