At Fayemous Grooms, every pet is treated with kindness, patience, compassion, and respect.
My goal is not simply to provide a beautiful groom, but to build a lifelong relationship with you and your pet while delivering a safe, low-stress grooming experience.
I strongly believe in humanity over vanity. While I always strive to help every pet look their very best, I will never place appearance above a pet’s comfort, health, or emotional well-being. Every decision I make is guided by what is in your pet’s best interest.
Thank you for trusting me!

Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet. Please have your pet ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Because Fayemous Grooms operates on a carefully planned mobile route, arriving on time helps keep every family’s appointment running smoothly.
If your pet is not ready upon arrival, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to remain on schedule for other clients.
-
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will result in the total balance of your appointment being owed before I can schedule a future appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
I understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of Fayemous Grooms in the event of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
-
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your pet. If I arrive for your scheduled appointment and am unable to perform the groom because the owner is unavailable, the pet is not accessible, or no one responds within 5 minutes of my arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged the full balance of the scheduled service.
Following one no-show, prepayment will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Following two no-shows, Fayemous Grooms reserves the right to discontinue services and decline future appointments.
If an unexpected emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Appointment Arrival Window
While every effort is made to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, traffic, weather, pet behavior, and the varying complexity of each groom may occasionally affect the schedule.
To allow for these variables, all appointments are scheduled with a 30-minute arrival window. This means I may arrive up to 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
Example: If your appointment is scheduled for 8:00 AM, your expected arrival time is between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.
If I anticipate arriving outside of this arrival window, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as I work to provide every pet with the individualized care and attention they deserve.

For the safety and comfort of your pet, as well as to maintain a calm and distraction-free grooming environment, owners are not permitted to remain inside or observe the grooming process from outside the grooming vehicle.
During your pet's appointment, owners are asked to remain inside their home unless otherwise requested by Fayemous Grooms.
Many pets become anxious, excited, or difficult to handle when they can see or hear their owner nearby, which can increase the risk of injury to both the pet and the groomer. Allowing your pet to focus solely on the grooming process helps create the safest and most positive experience possible.
If an owner is visible outside the grooming vehicle and, in the groomer's sole judgment, their presence creates a distraction or safety concern, grooming services will be stopped immediately and your pet will be returned to you. The appointment will be considered incomplete, and the owner will be financially responsible for all services performed up to that point.
If any questions or concerns arise during your pet's appointment, you will be contacted promptly.
-
All grooming services are performed inside the Fayemous Grooms mobile grooming truck.
To ensure a safe and efficient appointment, clients are responsible for providing safe and legal parking for the grooming vehicle.
Please ensure there is available street parking directly in front of or as close to your home as possible.
If you live on a main road or where street parking is unavailable or unsafe, a driveway with adequate space must be provided.
The parking area must allow sufficient clearance for the grooming vehicle and be free of low-hanging tree branches, overgrown shrubs, snowbanks, low wires, or any other obstructions that could interfere with or damage the vehicle, equipment, or vinyl wrap.
The parking location must be reasonably level and safely accessible.
If safe or legal parking is unavailable upon arrival, Fayemous Grooms reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Cancellation fees may apply if suitable parking was not disclosed in advance.
-
If fleas or ticks are discovered during your pet’s grooming appointment, a minimum mandatory flea treatment fee of $30 will be added to your service.
This treatment is intended to eliminate and remove fleas and/or ticks present on your pet during the grooming appointment. It does not treat or eliminate fleas within your home or environment.
The flea treatment fee also helps cover the additional time, cleaning, and sanitization required to protect the grooming vehicle, equipment, and future pets in my care.
If a significant infestation is discovered, additional fees and treatment recommendations will be discussed with the owner.
-
Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all pets, dogs must remain current on all legally required vaccinations.
Owners are responsible for informing Fayemous Grooms of any contagious illnesses, parasites, or known exposure prior to the scheduled appointment.
Proof of current vaccinations may be requested by Fayemous Grooms at any time and must be provided upon request. Failure to provide proof of required vaccinations may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Matting can cause significant discomfort and may lead to skin irritation, bruising, restricted circulation, hidden skin conditions, and other underlying medical concerns.
Whenever possible, every effort will be made to safely preserve your pet’s coat. However, if matting is determined to be too severe to brush out humanely, a shave-down may be necessary in the best interest of your pet’s comfort and safety.
Before any shave-down due to matting is performed, the owner must sign the Fayemous Grooms Matting Release Form acknowledging the grooming process and the potential risks associated with removing a severely matted coat, including but not limited to cuts, nicks, clipper irritation, bruising, redness, hematomas, pre-existing skin conditions, and the discovery of lumps, bumps, or sores that were previously hidden beneath the coat.
Additional grooming charges may apply due to the extra time, specialized care, and equipment required to safely groom a severely matted pet.
-
Senior pets and pets with medical conditions are groomed with patience, compassion, and extra care.
While every precaution is taken to provide a safe and low-stress grooming experience, grooming can be physically and emotionally demanding. In some cases, underlying or previously undetected health conditions may become apparent during or after the grooming process due to the stress that grooming may place on the body.
Owners acknowledge that Fayemous Grooms will always prioritize the comfort, health, and safety of their pet. If at any time it is determined that continuing the groom is no longer in the pet’s best interest, services may be modified, shortened, or discontinued.
Additional time, handling, or specialized care may be required for senior or medically fragile pets. As such, a special handling fee may be applied at the discretion of Fayemous Grooms.
-
The safety of your pet and myself is my highest priority.
If a pet displays behavior that places anyone at risk of injury, grooming services may be modified or discontinued.
Owners remain financially responsible for services performed.
-
Payment is due upon completion of each grooming appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Full payment is required before the appointment is considered complete and before Fayemous Grooms departs the property.
Accepted forms of payment will be communicated prior to your appointment. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment can be made at the time of service.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
-
From time to time, photos may be taken of pets after grooming.
These photos may be used on the Fayemous Grooms website or social media.
Please notify me if you prefer that your pet’s photos not be shared.Item description
